Required (Basic) Experience & Education: Candidate must have a BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or another scientific/engineering discipline that includes course work in general chemistry, organic chemistry, and either physical chemistry or biochemistry.
Required Competencies & Other Skills: Candidate must have >1 years' experience in formulating crop protection and plant nutrition products.
Preferred Experience & Education: MS or PhDs in Chemistry (Organic, Physical Organic, Colloidal, Industrial) or Chemical Engineering allowed.
Preferred Competencies & Other Skills: Candidate should have >5 year's experience in formulating crop protection and plant nutrition products.
Percentage of Travel: 10
