Human Resources Manager will conduct all NJ Headquarters operations for the Pharmaceutical Products Business Group staff & support. In addition, will be responsible for coordinating and driving the Business Group Annual Career Management Process to be delivered to all Business Group Managing members and then followed by cluster board approval in accordance to corporate policy and guidelines. HRM will be the assumed project leader for various?HR projects that will be assigned in accordance to business need, including the internal communications lead for HQ Parsippany.

• Provide HR support in all key HR technical competencies: strategy, talent management, organizational development/training, organization design, recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, policies & procedures and administration.
• Lead the entire global process including performance, talent identification, succession planning and diversity

The qualified candidate must have:

• Bachelors degree with 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies,US employment law and HR best practices.
• Knowledge in HAY evaluation methodology desired?
• Proficient in MS office, SAP and Career Management On-line
