PARADE SPOTS
??Reservations will be first-come, first-served. The reservation fee is $50 per space.
??A $75 cleaning deposit fee is required and will be refunded three business days after the parade, provided that all trash is removed and there is no damage to the permit area. It must be inspected and signed off by a Parks and Rec employee.
??Only one permit will be issued per person. Must be 18 years or older.
??Valid picture identification is required.
??There will be 10 spaces available for vendors.
??Cash payments should be exact change; on-island checks should be made payable to the Treasurer of Guam.
??Campers will be allowed to setup beginning July 20 at 8 a.m. and must leave no later than July 21 at 6 p.m.
